My question, with all due respect to the Prime Minister, his Owner, etc. is whether there is any evidence of human intelligence in any part of the Central Cabinet. All scientific evidence appears to the contrary. Has anyone dug up archaeological evidence deep under the files in the Culture Ministry to detect any signs of human life?
