The better choice of this time is to abolish ASI from this scene and put Geological Dept. of India to provide an affidaivt to the Supreme Court with their views that such a canal making can in any way distrub the ecology of the Sub continent. Let the Ministry of Defense join party to affirm their stand on the military plus / minus points in having such a sea route. Let the Ministry of Finance put their views about the financial impacts.
