In Maduranthakam villlage of Tamilnadu also Ram and Lakshman saved a lake when it was raining heavily and there was a danger that the lake may breach. Col. Leonal palace a Britisher saw two warriors in the night gaurding the lake. By Ram's grace rain also stopped and the village was saved.
So Ram of Maduranthakam is called ERI Kaththa Ramar ( Rama who saved the lake) as a thanks giving measure the British officer built the shrine of Sita Devi in the temple. Let these athesiists come and witness the shrine then they will realise Rama in them.
