The preists are just that , priests doing ritualistic worship. The level of spirituality achieved by them is their personal quest.

You mention that if they make you a "Shnakaracharya" you will convert to Hinduism Do you realise that these individuals under TWENTY years of rigorous daily training living life in an austere spartan setting, cultivating Sattvic qualities so as to be qualified for the position.
It is easy to want something and say that you desreve this. Instead of making hollow statements learn to respect other and love them.
