How can government withdraw affidavit submitted judicial system. If they can withdraw, does this mean that government had submitted false affidavit ? If yes, then shall we believe in this FALSE government? Why anyone should not file PIL(Public Interest Litigation) against this ? I hope, if any of the courtier reads this, he/she might feel to file the same.
