it is sad that we really do not have actual "intelligence" on the terrorists. The police force appear to consist of largely of ignorant brutes. They simply round up some people on flimsiest grounds then charges do not hold up in courts. True, even if Junaid was guilty he and his relatives would protest innocence, however given the abyssmal record of our services odds would appear that Junaid more likely to be innocent than guilty. If it should turn out to be so it will be sad indeed.
