In 1999-2000, in Afganistan Taliban destryoed the images of lord Buddha which were beatiful scluptured on the big mountains. Those images of Buddha were distinct as you would not find such big scluptures carved on a single stones. Now surprising in India the govt is all bent to destroy the belief and possible historic link People belive to have with Lord Ram. Shame... What is this canal and what is its purpose?
