Why all this is happening?
by Sudish Kanodia on Sep 13, 2007 11:25 AM

This is happening because our jurisdiction system is failing to deliver quality judgement in time. The failure to deliver quality judgement is due to various reasons, but first and foremost is corruption which has enetered our society in a big way and is now taking its toll in different ways, one of which is this. We all are responsible for corruption either in tiny percentage or large. Do not see this incident on the basis of cast, creed, religion or statehood. View it as an desperate and helpless society who wants quality justice at minimum possible cost and time and for this the police and administartion have to do their work efficiently and diligently. Beware if we do not tackle the corruption which has now assumed monstorous proportion it will affect us in still more bizzare ways. We all have to do something.
