Due to poor criminal justice system,some in Bihar are given into vigilante justice. If the Govt and its machinery does its job hopefully oneday this will be things of the past.
Despite harsh laws in some countries and in Saudi Arabia we still hear about beheadings and corporal punishments,this only means crime does exist and no society can be totally crime free.
What above writer is proposing is sharia,but one form of barbarism cannot be relaced by another.
