Yes you are correct. Due to severe unemployment, kelela government first in south India to promote Hindi to get employment in north India. Previously almost all steno types are kerelite. Even today, in the hospital most of nuns are kerelite. It is also true that whenever any talking about sr. position it is hard to find from person of kerela.
