People are forced to take the law into their own hands, as the corrupt, incompetent, uncaring cops have refused to do their jobs, the courts have refused to their their jobs and the uncaring netas are totally indifferent to their plight. So if they can't depend n the govt,the cops or the court who can they depend on, if not themselves.
