Can govet prove that this project will generate a revnue over a period of say 30 yeras. When this project will pay back? Howe many vessels and thier size will pass through this channel? FYI none of the bigger vessel which are sailing from gulf the Singapore will pass through this channel. How this channel will survive financially?
