Indeed this rewriting of indian history by the britishers was a clever policy to subjugate us mentally, so that they could rule us always.
They tried to do the same thing in ireland, and the other asian and african countries they colonized.
The torture stuff they are doing in Iraq against the iraqi freedom fighters is along the same lines.
