You know who sit at the Center today? School drop-outs, rowdy-sheeters, kingpins of the kidnapping industry, brothers-in-law of Dawood Ibrahim, and others of this caliber. The statement clearly establishes the fact that no intelligence ever existed at the Centre. That is the reason Mahatma Gandhi chose not to become a parliamentarian. The people at the centre would very likely have no school certificate even to prove that they have some IQ.
