1. They first identify the key people with powers, analyze their needs, expectations and weeknesses. Then they plan on how to fullill their needs. They charm, befriend and become useful for those in power.
2. Secondly these people are not technically intelligent or intellectual. So they need some people to do their work for them. They then identify their targets and slyly offload their work either by showing them that if they don't do the work then they have to face the consequences - if you don't then..... Its bullying - some times its brash and sometimes its subtle
3. They play it very safe by not taking ownership of anything. If things go wrong then someone is made the scapegoat and the blame is put on that person.
4. They lie a lot. If carefully analyzed and we get into the details, you can find a lot of lies.
5. They are charmers - they influence with their tongue and are master manipulators.
6. You can find them doing little or no work and still getting away with promotions, salary raises and other perks where as the people who actually do all the hard work get a raw deal.
7. They have no concience, work ethics or humanity in them.
8. They oppress everyone and do not let anybody grow.
The are sub-criminal psychopaths and spread lots of resentment and toxic-energy in the workplace.
