A "secular" govt. sould not atake stand in matters relating to faith else it would open a pandora's box.Consider following:
1)Evidence for the existence of Adam and Eve. 2)Evidence that Prophet Muhammad was a messanger of GOD. 3)Evidence that Koran is a word of GOD. 4)Indeed, evidence that each and evey human is a child of their parents.
and so on.
Let us keep the matter of faith within communities.
