Faith does not matter???
by Mahesh on Sep 13, 2007 06:55 AM

The question has moved from whether the bridge was man made or not to whether Ramayan is true or not. The Cong govt says Lord Ram himself is a fiction. They are saying there is no proof that Lord Ram existed. I have a question regarding that. Suppose tomorrow we find proof that Ram existed. What is the proof that Ram was an incarnation of Vishnu. The government would say there is no proof he was God. Then the question comes what is the proof that God exists?

The same question can be asked about Jesus and Mohammad. Christians believe Jesus is the son of God. What is the proof?

But the Congress government wouldn't dare to raise similar questions to other religions. Hindus can be subjected to any kind of humiliation and nobody would care.

Our system is a democratic system and that should reflect the values, beliefs and faith of the majority. Do they really represent us? Even the Muslim or the British rulers wouldn't have dared to make such declarations as a government policy.

Congress made it clear that they couldn't give a damn about the sentiments of the majority. It is now for the people to decide what to do with this government.
