judicary in india is highly corrupt, inefficent partial and favor seekers and party with the rich and powerfull. The last perosn to be hanged was one perosn from kolkatta his only crime was he was a daily wage earener and he did not have money to bribe. if you look at most of the judgements of recent times all of them are a farce anil nanda case, soren judgement, jessica lal case.
