Need to educate not BAN

I think the best thing to do is to educate the people in the country about the problems that can be caused by using the Cell Phone, But this seems to be very funny "BAN CELL PHONES UNDER 16".

Shame to those, who have come up with this idea.

TRY TO EDUCATE THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNTRY!! :))
