When minister say mobile phones shall not be sold to children below the age of 16 - Does this mean that children who are caught using mobiles will be arrested/penalised/punished/put behind bars/they will lodge a case aganist that kid/parents/teachers?
I would like to know which mobile does his grand children below the age of 16 are using?
At first, I doubt whether can he implement his innovative ideas in his home first!!
