In India a man cannot surrender its fundamental rights...even by agreement.....
Now, if Shariff had made such agreement in India nobody could have prevented him in returning....of course he has to face the corruption charges.........
Its surprising that how by the way of agreement Pak Government withdrawn the corruption charges and sent Mr. Shariff to Jeddah and again to the same place on his return....
