whenever there is a public construction activity in a busy city area engineering common sense must prevail.I saw the frantic and desperate faces of the engineers who were constructing that flyover on a sunday midnight too.That is the speed at which the government wants the agencies concernerd to complete the construction works. BUT AT WHAT COST? HUMAN LIFE IS CHEAP IN OUR COUNTRY.
