Government enters into international agreement. Government is formed by way of majority in Parliament. Without the majority Govt cannot me formed and agreement cannot be made.
In this case Govt is there only because of Left parties.
Now without the left parties support Govt wants to do something. This shall not be acceptable in a democratic system.
All international agreemnts shall be made subject to ratification by Indian Parliament.
