Every country makes alliances. China, Russia recently held similar joint excercise. Japan, Australia, Britain etc... all do. So, I do not see any point in being rigid for NOT making alliance. More importantly, we need to see what is good for our country. If an alliance is good, then do it. and you know what, every country feels insecure by slighest thing their neighbours do....otherwise why so much noise??
