I am sure, evry Indian knows what happens when a matter is takne up for discussion in parliament. It can also be seen live on DD. Secondly, after issue of party whip are members free to express their opinion???. Than why this parliament is needed. Once people decide upon the leader by voting them i general election, why waste money and time in calling session of parliament. As such the leaders of parties decide the opinion of the party, why assemble this HEADLESS CHICKENS
