Oppostion should quit parliament
by RAKESH DOGRA on Sep 06, 2007 03:07 PM

I think opposition should quit parliament as it did during last year of Rajiv Gandhi's rule.Ruling party and Left parties are playing role of both government and opposition and have littel or no regards for other parties.
Speaker is also not fair. His hate for BJP is too much and he just can not see any reason and blindly supports ruling party.
Why discussion can not take under a rule that requires voting. If govt. do not get full support of all memebers in parliament then the issue of nuclear deal must end there itself.I think in parliament only those bills or agreement should be valid which can be ratified by it by majority. That is true democracy. If a particular bill can not be passed in parliament how good it may be it only means that country is not ready for it.
