Just make noise

It is interesting to note that most of the MPs are just good for nothing !!. They know how to make noise. Has anyone ever noticed that a creative idea or single positive suggestion coming out from these people ? Enjoying the a lot of facilities at the cost of the citizens of India. Then how do we expect to have a progressive India ?
