Guys, have you ever tried to put yourself in the shoes of drivers ever...I have...Believe me its a nightmare om BOMBAY road...HOW ON EARTH can you expect to see people to be sleeping on pavement or roads especially when the street lights are not working...Yes I agree he deserves punishment for drunk driving....But that's it.
