btw, what r u trying to prove? judges r right. keeping 3 guns for criminal activites and supporting anti nationals should deserve the toughest sentence. 5 yrs for killing chinkara is bcoz of killing endangered species(with an intention to kill). 3 yrs for killing human being is since the intention was not to kill ie it is not deliberate killing as in the case of chinkara.
