Hang the convicted terrorists immediately

Why is Afzal Guru not being hanged even after his death sentence being affirmed by the Supreme Court ?
A strong message should be sent to Terrorists, that India is a strong state and would not tolerate terrorism.
Hang Afzal Guru immediately, and let this send a chill down the spine on the other potential would- be terrorists.
There should be no compromise on security of the nation, for no reason, whatsoever.
No Politics, when it comes to internal security of the nation.
