Mr Javed Palekar is being not just disingenuous but untruthful when he avers 'Jihad' just means 'struggle'. The fact is, 'Jihad' as universally accepted means fighting, holy war in defense of or to spread Islam - it has nothing to with struggle to make a living, or struggle to study and all that jazz. Jihad means 'war' - holy war!
