Dear Gautam , Former justice V.R. Krishna Iyer may have been a 'brilliant' legal brain but he has been a known CPI (M) loyalist for too long to have credibility. He is definitely entitled to have his opinion and express them but the fact that he was a good legal specialist and judge does not make his views and opinions sacrosanct.
