Hi Rahul, Muslims cannot anyway convert anyone to Islam. People themselves convert. As for tax, No Muslim country asks for tax from Non-muslims. And iF you mean Jiziya that is at an average 5 times lesser than what MUSLIMS pay under head Zakath.
