I agree with Shiva, we need Forward path. Time and again I say, we are not a baby , whose milk bottle will be taken back by USA.
We know how to carry on if US / CANADA / AUSTRALIA back out. ( Whatever reasons)
Right now we are already operating 8 reactors under IAEA safegaurds and we are getting Nuclear fuel. After 123 agreement our base will be widened and we can scale up our pace of construction of 1000 MW reactore with latest design as well as control instrumentation.
