It is imperative to identify non-indians who are illegally staying in India and fix them in jails after filing cases against them irrespective of their country of origin. This is the fundamental and legitimate responsibility of the government of India. Let this task be accomplished first to prove its sincerity of purpose keeping off the politics. With out this basic and minimum step, terrorism continues to create unrest among people.
