The problem in India is every party will initiate and support , some or other projects when they are ruling and same party will oppose the same project when they are in the opposition.
The concept is nobody want the ruling one to progress India and take the credit.
The oppositon is actually there to control the ruling party from taking wrong decision. But here in India it is for criticising and stopping Ruling party from taking ANY decision.
the dilemma with Dr.Manmohan singh is His own party members and the allies also as good as a opposition party for him.
