Look at the wording of this article... The whole atmosphere is already changing in which people have started thinking that India is UNDER THE US... "after Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice spoke to HER (???) External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee on Monday".
We know Sonia wants to mortgage India to the US. But, when did she start putting our Union Ministers under the order and command of the Ministers/Secretaries of the US?
