In my opinion, the gov should call Revanna and make him the chief minister. He is the most apt person for this role of CM. Give him the Revenue, PWD, Home and Finance portfolio.
For the post of Dy. CM(s), make Janardana Reddy and Shivram Reddy to ably support him in his deeds.
For the rest of the portfolio, let Revanna decide among his Shivajinagar friends.
