I visited palakad just fewdays back. very worst roads and the auto driver told me roads are bad all over kerala.what is happening in kerala i can see a school chlidren shouting "inkulab sindabad" in front of a school they were wearing shool uniform and thus the basics start from the school itself.Regarding the water dispute these is clearly vote bank politices by issuing tense words.everything comes to kerala as much than tamilnadu. you see the railway line between chennai to kerala all the line is doubled with electric lines and see the long and important line in tamilnadu connecting chennai to kannakumari is single line with out electric power and nearly 50 express trains are running every day so the time taken is nearly double the travel time.So inregard to the Mullaperiyar dam issue supreme court does infavour of tamilnadu but you will not follow that that is not wrong regarding you -verygood keep it up.
