If he was not the finance minister when Mr. P.V. Narasimharao was the prime minister, our economy would have totally collapsed. When he wanted to resign after security scam, the whole BJP leadership went to Mr. Manmohan Singh and asked him not to resign. He showed how beneficial the liberal economy will be.
