You bring forth an important point. Only 30% in IT are non-Brahmins, whereas over 50% of people in college are non-Brahmins thanks to reservation. Ever wonder why that is? Can you honestly tell me that during interviews IT companies systematically discriminate so much against SC/ST/OBC that the percentage is actually reversed???
