Continents

This is in response to someone who asked how could the reason for the extinction of dinosaurs be different in each continent.
65 million years ago,the whole world was one single continent called pangea.
As time passed,the land masses drifted apart from each other to create the different continents as we know them today.
The continents are still drifting away as we speak and in millions of years time the continents will again collide with each other to create another single land mass.
