even if godhra was pre-meditated, the violence after that could have been avoided if the government acted in time. the tehelka sting clearly bought out the fact that Modi used this to win elections and encouraged the riots. also it is wrong for another country to interfere in our internal affairs, but we are responsible for this due to the communal politics.
