Nehru-Liaqat Pact?
by Anil Tandale on Oct 29, 2007 09:29 PM

Let Pakistan tell world how Hindus and Christians were treated in last 60 years. What was their population then, and after identical percentage of growth in India, what should have been their numbers and what are the figures now. Where have they been driven out, in conscious violation of Nehru-Liaqat Pact/ Pakistan is now flaunting one Supreme Court Judge, Justice Rana Bhagwan Das, One Sikh Officer in 60 years. In contrast, in India the minorities are more prominent and respectable. Moreover, Godhra is internal affair of India, and our legal system is more superior than that of any Islamic State as well as Western nations. It is for sovereign voters to judge the character of political leaders in the elections which are more fair than Florida polls of 2000 AD. The voters had made intelligent choice in 2002, and their verdict has to be respected. Recall Nov. 1970, when after election results Pakistan Administration refused to transfer power to Shaikh Mujibur Rahman and let loose state terror through Islamic Martial law resulting in separation into Bangla Desh. Let Pak officials intropect.
