Nonsense Joydeb..Bengal is the most stagnant state in India especially when you compare how Bengal was ahead in everything at partition. Bengal was always blessed with high literacy and a very englightened educated middle class. All that is simply history right now. Bengal is dengerated under communists and Bengalis have becoming a bickering, jealous and argumentative bunch of foolhardy idiots. Bengal has recently integrated the madrassa system in its school system and soon it will a new generation of Jihadi Islamists will run amuck with ample help from Bangladesh.
