What bullshit!!...There are enough and more laws in the Indian Penal code which can be used by such women to tackle their problems.This in no way gives equality.I might sound like a chauvinist but this is another one of them Bullshit laws which gives men hardly any say in domestic matters in India. Think of it.Who in the hell is targetted for such a law.Is it the lower class people who face such issues and still keep mum about it.Or is it the middle class in which women are usually given equal say in matters these days.Think of the future and think big India.Think about equal rights for all, men and women, Hindu or Muslim should be treated alike under law.My views, and may each man have his own..cheers
