The correct spelling is atrocities not attoricities. The atrocities at Nandigram were made to establish Law and Order, but Gujrat killing were made to establish supremacy over a religion by the active support of the Chief Minister, other ministers and High Level Govt. Official. it is a genocide ( the systematic killing of all the people from a national, ethnic, or religious group, or an attempt to do this)
