Unfortunate even a Fromer Chief Secretary is being harassed

Fromer CS of UP is falsely implicated in the case,vendatta of Politicians is taking toll on Bureaucrats,they should resist as an Association lest every one of Cadre Officers will meet the same Fate for no fault.
