I have absolute no trust in either the Tehelka or the Modi government. This might very well be a conspiracy between Tehelka and Modi to bring out controversial issues. The sentiments will help them with political gain and popularity for Tehelka.
What irritates me is that Muslims talk about Gujrat riots without talking about Godhra massacre. They talk about Babri masjid demolition without talking about the Ram Setu demolition. I believe in equality for all irrespective of religion and caste. Are Hindu sentiments less important than Muslims or Christians ? And that too in a Hindu majority country ? Isnt that asking for too much ?
Why didnt the Muslims hand over the land occupied by the Babri masjid for building a temple when offered an alternate land to rebuild the mosque. I have seen the Mathra temple myself and was surprised as to how the mosque overshadows it. Can this be possible in Mecca or Vatican ? Muslim invaders destroying Hindu temples is a historical fact. Not something that RSS / BJP came up with. They are only using these issues for politcal gain. The fact that BJP came to power from nowhere indicates that Hindus wanted the temple. Democracy is about the wishes of the majority. So the majority elected BJP in to power. When the rural population were not happy, BJP were voted out of power. This is how democracy should work.
