I dont think anybody can afford not to take India seriously. If anybody it is Womanmohan Singh's credibility which takes a beating not India's. A PM who cant even take his own allies with him just cant be trusted to deliver on international treaties. Being a minority govt. he was foolish enough to ignore the majority in Parl. and opposition from his supporting members.
